You get to spend a memorable time with family, talking and laughing with your kids. The best present is when someone else feeds me and keeps the mess out of my kitchen. The lady at the reception just ruined everything.There are all kinds of ways to have fun and enjoy family time on Mother’s Day, but I do love going out to eat. All the waiter and waitresses were nice and attentive. The carver gentleman was very nice and very pleasant. The crab legs were small and salty although the roast beef was fresh.

The food was very ordinary and nothing special. Unfortunately the evening didn't start the way we had hoped for so everything went downhill.

The employee was alone collecting all payments from patrons arriving. I would recommend that she be assigned elsewhere and trained properly. She was not very happy with the receptionist cashier whatever her supposed function should be. My guest who flew all the way from New York is 90 years old. My guest has impaired hearing so she did not hear her clearly to begin with, then she started raising her voice and act as if we were such a huge bother delaying everyone else behind us on queue. Which is absolutely fine, but it was the manner the same young lady who greeted us earlier was asking for payment. As you walk in, they would immediately ask you to pay for the meal.

This was our first time to try their buffet so went on queue just like everyone else. At 5pm sharp, a small queue of about 12 poeple started to build up by the entrance. The lady who came to greet us said in not too nice or not a friendly tone that we have to wait outside by the casino because they won't open until 5pm. We asked for 5pm reservations but arrived a bit earlier than anticipated due to lighter traffic conditions.
